					<description>my xbox had a socalled hardware failure in oct. and i sent it to the xbox repair center on nov.3 i have called xbox customer support numerus times and have not got a call back or an answer on when i am going to get it back just a bunch of "call back in 4to5 days","i will call you back in 4to5 days","your xbox sould arive in 4to5 days", and "i'll e-mail the repair center" over and over and over it is now jan.2 and still no xbox or an answer i really dont even think they have a clue whats going on xbox customer support is the worst of the worst i have nevre been so frustraited</description>

					<description>I personally have never had a problem with my 360. However, it is a shame so many gamers seem to be facing issues with their systems. Hopefully in the future things of this nature won't happen.</description>
